Umbrella struggled to find a cost effective controller system to connect our keg filling line together, so we made our own, and it’s so great that we decided to offer this solution to other manufacturers.

Our cost effective control system is designed to automate beverage in-line flash pasteurisation, carbonation and aseptic filling, while increasing energy efficiency. Our technology and software not only automates pasteurisation and connects/controls multiple production machines but it also incorporates pre-heating and pre-cooling heat exchangers, which are automatically controlled by PID pumps and operate between those various machines. This massively increases energy efficiency and allows our customers to purchase lower capacity machines, at a significant cost saving. Through the addition of our technology our customers can effectively expand the capacity of those machines, without expanding their energy usage.

Umbrella works with engineers and importers to source and install all the production machinery required work along side our controller, allowing you to create your own kegging line at a fraction of the cost.
