The Virgin Queen

Nestled away on Goldsmith Row you’ll find an absolute crown jewel of a pub in the form of The Virgin Queen, who are also the latest stockists of our ginger beer.

It’s an exciting new pub venture in an intimate traditional environment, complete with beautiful old-sourced wood and furnishings, a bright and sunny conservatory for the summer, and old roaring fireplaces to keep patrons warm during the colder months.

The Virgin Queen enjoys a London brewed pint, so much so that 11 out of their 15 taps will always be pouring beer from London based brewers. They have two taps on our back bar dedicated to the really quirky and harder to find beers – lovingly dubbed Beers Of Intrigue. That’s on top of a world-wise selection of wine and a cabinet brimming with fine liquors.

Oh, and we hear through the grapevine that their locally-sourced fish and chips are well worth a go, too.
